The Fun Stuff
The awesome stuff you’ll be working on
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Prepare monthly financial reports as required
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Perform General Ledger functions
• Perform Asset Management functions
• Perform Accounts Payable functions
• Track/reconcile vendor payments
• Perform Accounts Receivable functions
• Perform monthly invoicing and statement functions
• Perform Purchase Order functions
• Perform Collections functions
• Perform Bank Reconciliation functions
• Perform Payroll functions
• Perform Sales Order processing functions
• Prepare various account reconciliations as requested by Finance Department
• Maintain Billing systems and processes for ensuring accurate monthly billing of customers
• Maintain the tracking of Client Activities daily to ensure accurate accounting of services
• Purchasing and Contract Negotiation functions
• Vendor and Inventory Management functions
• Placing Orders with Vendors and Partners
• Managing Contracts and Vendor renewals
The Right Stuff
Some of the qualities we like to see in our team members
• Prior accounting/bookkeeping experience is preferred.
• Experience with Dynamics Great Plains (GP) or other accounting software is preferred.
• A Degree or Certificate in Accounting is preferred.
• Having a worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical support role
• An excellent reputation for support of internal operations.
• Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills
• An ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are required
• Ability to meet deadlines with Projects and Assignments
• Ability to learn new technologies
• Some regional travel maybe required – all expenses paid
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be an energetic self-starter
• Must be self-motivated and have a positive attitude
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have the ability to multi-task
