The Fun Stuff
• Assist in various operations within the organization supporting the various divisions with Administrative tasks.
• Assist in general everyday marketing activities including printing mass mailings, preparing mailings for mailing.
• Assist in social media postings.
• Perform data entry functions into a CRM
• Perform research as requested by management
• Assist in the maintaining of files and records for all aspects of the organization.
• Assist with event management as requested.
• Assist .all Crossroads staff as required or requested.
• Building/modifying/editing professional PowerPoint presentations with assistance from respective Crossroads team members.
• Ability to develop/build complex documents through advanced uses of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access as well as other software which we utilize from time to time.
• Maintain inventory control with respect to various company functions including but not limited to; supplies, hardware, software, and warranty inventory.
• Work with staff to help maintain inbound and outbound inventory as needed.
• Perform general office and clerical duties including filing and creating documents and spreadsheets.
• Working with Sales to help produce proposals and related material for meetings and presentations.
• Conducts customer satisfaction calls as required or requested.
• Maintains productive and professional relationship with all customers and staff members.

• Possess exceptional written/verbal communications skills, presentation skills, organizational time management skills, and display a strong customer-facing, sales and marketing, and presentation skills.
