We are currently seeking an experienced, professional, Copywriter to join our team. The position is a Full-Time, permanent, position within our company. As a Copywriter, you’ll build upon your existing skill set as you combine bold branding with direct-response performance to grow our organization and its marketing presence and help build brand awareness. You will be in a highly collaborative environment, you can develop, produce, maintain, and optimize multi-channel identity content and copywrite from concept to market.

- Build solid branding content
- Produce innovative and attractive marketing content for web, social media, print, blogs, and other delivery medias
- Increase the value of our company with epic work
- Develop new ideas and be able to defend their merit
- Write compelling messaging, whether short- or long-form
- Apply best practices for print and digital content and copy write
- Write copy in a variety of formats, from web copy to banner ads to blog posts to email nurtures
- Ability to adapt tone, style, strategic messaging etc. for different projects, deliverables and audiences
- Meet deadlines on projects and work and ensure copy is flawless
- Think full-circle about projects and how your word choice can convert
- Be consistent with voice, correct grammar and strategic alignment to the project
- Participate in weekly content ideas pitching and brainstorms in order to help inform the team’s broader content marketing strategy
- Serve as the primary copywriter for high-profile, multi-stage projects
- Review copy for a wide variety of projects and suggest corrections/improvements
- Consistently deliver quality copy through cross-functional collaboration
- Research, interview, and obtain information as needed to complete projects to best of ability
- Utilize the developing company Buyer Persona guidelines to produce copy that meets tone and voice objectives for the specified audience and medium
- Promote and participate in an environment of collaboration, cooperation, and creativity
- Write in a way that makes website copy readable and easily understood
- Be flexible and willing to help out the team in other areas as needed
- Produce copy in a quick turn-around time while maintaining high quality standards
- Continue to expand on our branding initiatives
- Create long-term brand strategy content and copy write
- Provide visionary thoughts
- Identify key segments of our industry and align our marketing content and copywrite to deliver on the needs of the industry
- Produce content and copy write for newsletters and email campaigns
- Participate daily in blogs and discussions online with content and copywrite to generate demand interest in our services
- Particle daily in blogs and technical forums with content and copywrite offering our professional opinions to demonstrate our skills and capabilities as a company
Some of the qualities we like to see in our team members
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing as a content marketer, copywriter or related role
- Degree in marketing, journalism, communication, English or related field is preferred
- Experience writing for B2B audiences is required
- Experience writing different kinds of marketing collateral with a desire to try on new content hats
- Great ideas articulated really well
- Uncommon writing ability and common sense
- Cleverness with purpose
- Have excellent copywriting skills and are comfortable writing in a variety of formats and styles
- Someone with impeccable attention to detail
- Creative thinker and problem solver who’s comfortable working in a fast-pace environment
- Have a understanding of overall marketing strategy and lifecycle
- Experience in Graphic Design and relative skill sets is preferred
- Understanding of modern technology environments is required
- Ability to take high-level ideas and turn them into action items
- Having a worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical role is preferred
- A diverse copywriting portfolio that demonstrates expertise in producing highly effective concepts, landing pages, websites content for email, and other collateral
- Must possess experience concept-creating and producing integrated marketing campaigns across a wide variety of traditional and digital channels
- A superb grasp of the English language
- Exceptional writing, reviewing, and editing abilities
- Must be an energetic self-starter with a positive, quality-focused attitude
- Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are required
- Ability to meet deadlines with projects and assignments
- Ability to learn new technologies
- Must have the ability to multi-task
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with others
