The position is a Full-Time, permanent, position within our company. WE ARE NOT recruiters or an IT Staffing Agency, this is not a Contract position. You enjoy job security with us. 

Location: Reading, PA 

Some of the initiatives you will be involved with will include:

  • Contributing to critical data structure for software initiatives
  • Creation of non-coding data for Software initiatives
  • Drive mission critical priorities for the Development Team
  • Drive UI/UX Research and Documentation
  • Research Competitors
  • Research Markets
  • Research Patents and Trademarks
  • Software requirements research and documentation
  • Maintain project management organization and documentation
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to convey critical information
  • Coordinate outside vendor reviews and relationships
  • Research and Coordinate License Reviews of partner licensing risks
  • Perform Risk Reviews on Patents and Trademarks
  • Coordinate competitive analysis into actionable market data for Sales, Marketing, and Development Teams
  • Assist the marketing with competitive landscape and analysis of market conditions
  • Work with the content team to craft website content based on competitive analysis and market conditions
  • Develops and maintains milestones and metrics to measure the progress of strategic plans, projects, and programs against organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop status and analysis reports and presentation for regular review.
Some of the qualities we like to see in a team member for this unique role;
  • A Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration is preferred
  • Experience in Business or Technology Strategy is always preferred but not required for the candidate who has the drive and ambition to utilize the skills they have acquired in their MBA.
  • Paralegal skillsets would prove valuable in this position
  • Must be an energetic self-starter and be highly motivated
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Must be detail oriented and the ability to multi-task
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Experience successfully managing a varying schedule and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience excelling in a dynamic culture that requires adaptability to changes in procedures, processes, technologies, responsibilities, assignments, schedules and unknown evolutions of team requirements.  
  • Ability to develop multiple tactical alternatives to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Be self-disciplined, diligent, and have good work ethics.
